PASS Data Community Summit 2021 - I'm Speaking!
I am thrilled to announce that I will be speaking at this year’s PASS Data Community Summit! This year’s event runs November 8th through 12th. I am thrilled to announce that I will be speaking at this year’s PASS Data Community Summit!
As November approaches, the schedule as well as the details of my session Backup Basics with PowerShell and dbatools will be made available and I’ll post more about it. I hope you enjoy the session as much as I enjoy presenting it.
Like last year, this year’s Summit will be all virtual, all online. The PASS entity is no longer here, but the community is. Redgate has taken up the mantle and is hosting the event this year. I’m sure our community will have a great time coming together, sharing and learning from one another.

PASS Data Community Summit 2021 is the year’s largest gathering of Microsoft data platform professionals. Join us for this free online Summit and connect, share, and learn with 1000s of your peers from the global data platform community.
Summit is community-oriented, with the sessions created and presented by members of the community, for the community. You will not be getting a “vendor sell” every time you step into the room. Redgate has been working hard to engage the community and find out what we really want from an event and make sure it’s an inclusive, diverse event with many different voices represented.
It’s also an opportunity to meet people in our community, find out who has experience with problems you deal with every day that they can share, and after hours hang out and see where the conversation goes. Last year, there were several “drop-in” video chats that anyone was able to join, and I’m hoping we see those again this year.
